Director New Ventures

We are looking for a Director New Ventures who can inspire, define, and help deliver cutting-edge digital solutions that will eventually become successful ventures. This will be possible by facilitating innovation processes with our clients, enabling them to live up to their potential by:

-discovering and aligning on the problems to be solved
-ideating and validating solution concepts
-evaluating the impact of a positive outcome
-developing strong business cases around validated ideas
-securing budget and executive support
-making sure the innovation process doesn’t become “innovation theatre”
 

On top of that, Director New Ventures should act as a cross-functional catalyst to move things forward and pave the road for our team to deliver extremely relevant and successful digital solutions. Director New Ventures is a workshop facilitator, community builder, technology geek, culture change aficionado, and critical thinker, but more importantly a person of believability, accountability, and enthusiasm.

We are seeking digital-savvy leaders that bring direct experience in IT business development, product management, communications, and innovation management. Using this experience, working with our clients and our multi-disciplinary teams, you will help both, our clients and ourselves, accelerate forward.

Requirements:

-At least 7 years of experience in Industry 4.0, venture building, and Digital Transformation/Innovation projects,
-Experience in client services organization, on accounts within a top-tier agency or consulting firm,
-Experience in human-centered design,
-Experience in managing innovation processes within a large organization,
-Experience in designing and facilitating workshops with multiple stakeholders
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
-Must have strong presentation skills, with the ability to conceive, prepare, author, and give key presentations to clients and large numbers of people, as well as manage question-and-answer sessions
-Collaborative, a team player, customer-oriented and a quick learner.
