Senior Innovation Manager

Our clients are looking to digitally transform their business and explore new growth opportunities by collaborating, co-creating, prototyping, and challenging the status quo. We are looking for a Senior Innovation Manager who will manage innovation programs for some of the biggest local and international brands. Senior Innovation Manager should facilitate innovation processes with our clients, enabling them to live up to their potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, structure, and lead the execution of innovation programs and accelerators for the Fortune 500 clients
  • Conceive, prepare, author, and give key presentations to clients and big audiences, as well as manage question-and-answer sessions
  • Understand client’s requirements and how that can convert into a startup innovation program offering
  • Build client and partner database
  • Manage relationships of existing and new partners through follow-up meetings and visits
  • Onboard new partnerships and startups for programs and projects
  • Manage different teams and stakeholders in order to execute the innovation programs (startup recruitment, workshop execution, community engagement, event organization)

Senior Innovation Manager is a cross-functional catalyst that plays a critical role in our client’s success and is also an innovation facilitator, community builder, technology geek, culture change aficionado, critical thinker, but more importantly a person of believability, accountability, and enthusiasm. 

This position can be something for you if you recognize yourself in the below profile:

  • Hold a university degree,
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation/Innovation projects,
  • Have experience in client services management, working with global top 500 clients and top local brands,
  • Have experience in human-centered design,
  • Have experience in managing innovation process within a large organization,
  • Have experience in coordinating workshops with multiple stakeholders including C-suite,
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
  • Have strong presentation skills,
  • Are collaborative, a team player, customer-oriented, and a quick learner.
